Paphos: space, sun and value
Paphos is a UNESCO World Heritage town with a working harbour, Roman mosaics and a quieter rhythm than the rest of the coast. It's where your budget goes furthest: more square metres, bigger terraces, and often a pool for the price of a smaller Limassol apartment. With the airport 20 minutes away, it's easy to live between Cyprus and home.

Limassol: energy and opportunity
Limassol is Cyprus's economic engine: shipping, finance, tech and a big international community. The marina, the old town and the seafront promenade make it the island's most urban experience. Prices are higher, but so is long-term rental demand.
