Who we are

Timoleon Developers Ltd ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can contact us at info@timoleondevelopers.com or at Eleftheriou Venizelou 67, 1st Floor, Office 102, 8021 Paphos, Cyprus.

What we collect

• Enquiry details you give us through our forms, by email or by phone: your name, email, phone number, the homes you're interested in, and anything you choose to tell us.
• Basic technical data such as the page you enquired from and, if present, the campaign that brought you to the site (for example a "utm" tag in the link).
• Anonymous usage statistics through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you across websites.

Why we use it

We use your data to answer your enquiry, send you the information you asked for, arrange viewings and, if you go ahead, handle your purchase. Our legal basis is your consent and the steps needed before entering into a contract with you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)). We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their marketing.

Who processes it for us

This website is hosted on Cloudflare. Enquiry emails are delivered through a transactional email provider. These providers act as processors under data processing agreements. If you buy, we may share necessary details with your lawyer and the relevant Cypriot authorities.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to a purchase are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Records relating to a purchase are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to or restrict how we use it, at any time by emailing info@timoleondevelopers.com. You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy).

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first.
