Timoleon Developers was founded in 2014 by Savvas Savva, known to everyone on site as Samis, after more than two decades building for other people. The idea was simple: put excellence ahead of profit, and build homes that truly stand the test of time.
Why we started Timoleon
Samis began his career in 1990 as a builder with Benacon Builders in Paphos. Nine years later he was its Technical Director and a shareholder, and he stayed in that role after the Leptos Group acquired a majority of the company in 2001, delivering some of the most ambitious resort and residential projects on the island.
In 2007 he set up his own firm, Savele Construction Quality Specialists, overseeing luxury construction and spa projects. In 2012 he took that expertise abroad, founding a project management company working in Oman and Qatar.
Over all those years he saw how much of the industry works: land bought cheaply, contractors squeezed, and savings found in the places buyers never look: insulation, waterproofing, drainage, reinforcement. Timoleon was his answer. A developer that is also the builder, run by a family that puts its own name on every building.
Today the company is still run by the Savva family, working across Paphos and Limassol on luxury houses, apartment buildings, renovations and development projects.

36+ years on building sites in Cyprus and the Gulf: from builder to technical director to developer. Still on site most days, and still the person who signs off every finish.
Nikolas Savva
An economics graduate with postgraduate studies in real estate. Nikolas looks after buyers from the first call to handover: prices, contracts, residency and everything in between.
Lambros Savva
Studying electrical and computer engineering, Lambros runs our digital side, including this website, and keeps buyers abroad connected to their build.
